Richland Equity has established solid relationships with many investors and other resources who respect our method of doing business, our highly qualified staff and, the presentation of our files for credit decisions. NOTE : We have expanded our operation as of June, 2004 and are now a state of the art wholesale mortgage brokerage facility with data, communication, sofware and personnal that is comparable or exceeds any industry or lender standards to better serve out client base.

Richard J. Russell, NMLS ID: 31133,  President/CEO a resident of New York City, received a BA in Biology\Psychology and an MBA, with a concentration in Marketing, from Hofstra University in 1979.  In addition he completed a second MBA in Finance from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago. He was awarded a certificate in Real Estate Finance from New York University in 1992. He is a member in good standing with the Council of New York Cooperatives and holds Corporate membership with NAMB as well as other industry affiliations. He has been recognized in Who's Who in Business in 1992 and 1996 as has Richland Equity Resources Corp. in 1998. He founded Richland Equity Resources Corp. in 1992 as sole owner and president
